Really attentive staff and super clean rooms. The staff were always super friendly and greeting us throughout the trip. They even guided us to where we can buy local goods and eat good food around the Old Quarter. Location was also superb since it is really near the night market and beer street. Hotel breakfast was great too although they dont offer the widest selection of food. But the rooftop dining experience is amazing.

The room has 3 pin socket which is a bonus. not many hotel has that. we have to leave 6:30 in the morning, the breakfast only starts at 7am. The staff went extra mile by making us some simple breakfast to take along with us. It was indeed a very sweet gesture.

I like that it’s a great value of money. But I cannot comment further as I was moved to their sister hotel at no extra cost.

The room was neat, comfy and very spacious. The amenities even included toothbrushes and combs, and clean towels each day. Even decent slippers! The hotel was nearby everything we needed and the staff were super kind. We got an upgrade and were super happy.

The staff were wonderful. Especially Celina she helped me and mum out. The staff were so attentive and happy to help. Always greeted us with a smile even when they were busy. The rooms were cleaned every day. The only thing I would say is that they do need a bit of a vacuum. The floors were pretty dusty. However they were a great size. I found that the beds were comfortable and the amenities provided were helpful. It was great to have breakfast there everyday, however some more vegetarian options could be provided but you won't go hungry if you are vegetarian. They also provide small bowls of Pho if you didn't want a big bowl that day. The location is fantastic. Really close to everything you could want to do in the Old Quarter. I would happily return in a heartbeat.

Great hotel. Good location as it’s right next to everything we needed. Room had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was good. The staff organised two trips for us no bother and organised our taxi from the airport. Annie was very helpful and kind during our stay!

Very nice hotel, our room was a great size, extremely clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and hot water! We booked a sleeper bus from another location that unfortunately meant we had to check in at 4am, but the reception staff were very kind and helpful when we checked in at this time. On check out they helped arrange a taxi to the airport!
