The staff were the loveliest people I met in Vietnam, especially Justin. He went above and beyond during our stay to help when my friend was sick. He also gave excellent recommendations for restaurants. The hotel is so close to the lake and quiet which is a luxury for Hanoi

What a fantastic hotel. We were met by Tracey who went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect experience. Very close to all the attractions Hanoi has to offer and if I'm back in Hanoi for a holiday, I'll be booking here again. Between Tracey and Grace the staff are outstanding, always with a smile and willing to assist in anyway. The room was perfect for a couple and clean, WIFI was very fast and reliable.

The staff - Jerry, Kim, Grace and Dave - were exceptional in their hospitality and helpfulness. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely, clean rooms and a very comprehensive breakfast buffet. Really useful to be able to leave our large cases in the hotel during our trip to Ha Long Bay. Central location in the old quarter, which put most attractions within easy reach. A great choice at a value price. We would definitely go back.

Spotlessly clean. Staff - Jerry, Kim and Grace - are so friendly and attentive. Location is perfect for the old quarter. Breakfast is excellent, although taken in the sister hotel, literally just across the road. Quiet at night. Really useful to be able to leave/store our heavy luggage during our Ha Long Bay trip. Great value for money.

We had an excellent experience staying in this Hotel, the room is quiet and perfect, the bed is amazing, and the best shower, the location is perfect in the old quarter, excellent breakfast and all the staff were amazing with us, they helped with everything, efficient, quick, and friendly service. They made our stay in Hanoi 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks to Justin 🙌 look after us very well.

the staff was really exceptional. We had a honeymoon trip and one of the stop was Hanoi. They managed and adviced us on the best boat trip ever - Stellar of the Sea. 100% recommended - very hard to describe the feelings very great special goes to Grace and the rest of team. We would definitely come back because of them.

This property is in an ideal and convenient location to explore the old quarter of Hanoi. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Most notably the staff at Hanoi Emerald Waters were extremely helpful and one of the most friendly hosts that we have met throughout our many years of travel. They go above and beyond to assist and help! Will definitely rebook if we visit Hanoi again!
