Staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped us with the luggage the airport stuffed up on. The gave us advise on things to help us out as this was our first accommodation in Vietnam. Room was tidy and comfortable. Good options in the breakfast.

We stayed at this family-run hotel for a total of eight nights across two separate visits and really enjoyed our time here. The location is excellent, and the staff, especially Ms. Hoa, were friendly and very accommodating, with Ms. Hoa speaking fluent English. The Wi-Fi service was reliable and the beds were comfortable. Do note, however, that access to the rooms involves climbing a narrow staircase—75 steps to the fourth floor and 92 steps to the fifth. Between the two rooms we stayed in, Room 401 is more spacious than Room 501. Both are nice though with large balconies and a decent view.
