The room was nice. The bed was enormous and comfortable, and we had a fantastic night's sleep. The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to store our suitcases while we enjoyed an overnight trip to Halong Bay.

The ladies at the front desk were wonderful in every way. They were helpul, cheerful always greated with a happy smile. They were the best people that we dealt with in Vietnam.

I had a great stay here in Delica Hotel. Location wise it is very accessible to everywhere (resto, tourist spots, cafes etc) and mostly are walking distance (about 10-15mins) Rooms are very well maintained and quiet environment. The staffs were so kind, accommodating and very attentive with my requests. They even help me arranged a transport going back to the airport. They have free breakfast from 07:30 - 09:00am. Since my flight is early in the morning, they packed a breakfast ahead of time, which I truly appreciate that. Thanks to Ms Lyn, Mr Jerry I had an awesome stay in Hanoi. I'll go back here on my next holiday trip!

Very near to attractions and nearby famous restaurants. The staffs were friendly and accomodating. Highly reccommended especially for solo travellers. I'll definitely stay here again if I visit again Hanoi.

I think the staff is nice and kind-hearted, recommending the spa centres for us to experience in Hanoi. Also, I think the hotel offers a very comfortable environment and it has a very good location, near the central location, easy for us to get anywhere, by just walking

Very good hotel in Hanoi. The 2 main strengths of this place are the location and the staff. Special mention to Tom and the rest of the team who welcomed me wonderfully on site. Clean rooms and good breakfast! Thanks again to the team for their welcome!
