Best price for couple ever and included breakfast. I didn't see the same kind of room before. Helpful and friendly sfaff. Especial Johnny who helped me a lot about Halong Bay and Ha Giang loop.

The property is centrally located and well maintained. The staff were highly helpful and helped in currency exchange and booking of local tours to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh.

We stayed for only one night and left very early, and City Backpackers was very comfortable for our short stay. The room and bathroom were clean, the beds were comfy and the staff were helpful and friendly :)

Very nice and helpfull staff, they will help you organize your tripps very thoughtfully and at good prices, if you want, and also many other services like sim cards, etc. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable, the breakfast is also good. Overall a very nice place, i would recomend!

Nice hostel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Helped me book my Ha Long Bay trip. Also have a happy hour with free beer in the evening and the people I met at the hostel were really nice. The dorms were nice, spacious and cleaned every morning.

The breakfast (they have omelettes or eggs with bread and coffee) and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived very early and we could leave our luggage though. Rooms are cleaned every day after someone checks out. They do have shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms. They do have also free beer in the evening so it was nice to chat with some other travellers.
