Great hotel location, ideally close to the most interesting places in Hanoi. The room matched the description. Tasty breakfasts, fruits, vegetables, and one dish to choose (for example: pancakes, eggs dishes, noodle soup, french tost, sandwich). Incredibly polite service at the reception, very helpful employees!

The location is very central in the heart of Old Town Hanoi. We had a room at the 6th floor which gave us a cool view on the city and a bit of distance to the noise of the streets. The staff was very friendly and helpful, who arranged for us also the transfer to our next stop in Sapa, and the tour to Ha Long Bay. The breakfast was included and there were a bit of salty and sweet options.

Linh was very friendly when we arrived at the hotel, Anna ( Thoa )is always talked to us every time we saw her, she's lovely lady.. Room size is big, location, is good. Thank you every staffs at Hanoi Chic Boutique Hotel. Family holiday.

Very friendly staff, lovely rooms and location in the middle of the city (but still in a street where you can catch some sleep at night, not to crowded). ☺️
