In centre. All what you need you have in room but one problem there is no window. So it’s was hard to wake up )

The lady was nice and waited for me cus I arrived quite late there. Overall if you looking for a place to sleep and are not too bothered about the conditions I guess it's ok, good location, close to train street.

It was very central, right outside the station and 5 minutes walk to train street. Lucy is very kind and helpful. She really makes sure all is well

Location is perfect. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable, exactly what I wanted. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, great value for money.

Convenient location and surprisingly quiet. Morning markets on your doorstep. But the star of this property is the wonderful host, Ms Lucy. She went above and beyond to facilitate my airport pickup, and helped out with other things like washing and organising taxis. She’s very busy but I always felt supported, with attentive communication over WhatsApp at virtually any time of day.

The room was big and clean! Location was great. Host was sweet. The room was dark which was nice for sleeping. There was an elevator which was nice! We had a pleasant stay for 5 nights!

Our host Lucy was so helpful and lovely! She had great tips for activities and helped us book and get a cheaper deal for our trip to Ha Long Bay! Thanks for such a great stay Lucy! The facilities and location were also fantastic.

The location is perfect if you want to experience local life and move around. It's in an alley with local food stands that are signature to the life of Hanoi people. And it's located at the heart of the city.
