I loved how close it was to the old quarter. I loved how the staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved how clean the apartment was. I loved the buffet breakfast. For someone with IBS, I was able to get fruit, eggs, bacon and rice.

Room was spacious and clean, beds really comfortable. Washing machine was very useful. Breakfast was great with variety to choose from. Staff was really kind and helpful - recommended and booked tour, which was great and provided tips for exploring the city. Location very good for exploring the city. Great hotel, would definitely recommend.

What an amazing place to staff. Super welcoming staff who go above and beyond to ensure your stay is 10/10. It was one of our friends birthday and they organised a fresh cake from a local bakery. The room was immaculate, fantastic options at breakfast

Everything! The apartment was clean, large, with bath and separate shower, even a washer/dryer machine and liquid supplied. Very comfortable, bottled water supplied everyday. The breakfasts were superb, staff cooked eggs to your requests as one desired. Great selection of choice for different cultures. Different choices of fresh fruits and juices, pastries etc. I had a wonderful massage and treatment at their spa too. The staff were wonderful, couldn’t do enough for us . Tommy, Andrew and Maya treated us as they would treat a family member, with great respect. Always there to help, arrange taxis, give information, recommend and install apps to help us with especially with one to call a taxi wherever we where, which had prices and feedback on the driver. Called « Grab » was brilliant. They made our holiday very special, can’t thank them enough. We have stayed in many different hotels in our three visits to Vietnam and this was the best ever.

Super location in a back alley in the Old Quarter so not as noisy. Rooms are large and comfortable. The staff are AMAZING!. Breakfasts were really good the team arranged takeaway boxes for our early day trips.

Great location - we stayed 2 nights and everything was great. Michael the manger was very helpful and very convenient to have a washing machine to use.

Everything went well during our time there. Tommy and Andrew at reception were very helpful and accommodating. They were able to provide us will information and suggestions whenever we needed. The breakfast was nice. I enjoyed they had an omelet station with eggs and pancakes made to order.
