Really well located with easy access to all you need to see in Hanoi. Very helpful and friendly staff who always seem to be a step ahead when providing service for their guests. Laid back place. I would certainly recommend staying here.

Well located, comfortable and clean. What sets the Silk Boutique above others is the excellent service from Xenia and Emma at reception. They were so accommodating and helpful with extending rooms and organising travel for us. Sure it’s their job but we feel they went above and beyond!

We had such a wonderful time with Emma, Xenia & the team that we actually made a second booking on our last night because we knew we’d have the best service from them. Very helpful team, helped us with anything we could possibly need. Hotel was close to everything we wanted to see too!

Lovely street with bars and restaurants but quiet late at night unlike mist of the Old Quarter Really lovely staff especially Emma who looked after me like a family member

Very good central location. Many options for breakfast, coffee etc around the corner. But still a nice quiet street at night. Comfortable bed and super friendly and interested staff. Will stay here again when in Hanoi.

The hotel was centrally located but on a quiet street. A bunch of touristy spots are walking distance which was super convenient. The staff was amazing, and would like to give a special shout out to Xenia who made our stay very special.
