The staff was incredibly polite, always smiling, they even booked a couple of times taxi for us and gave me a mobile for private conversation a few times. The room was clean and comfortable with everything working properly inside. Recommend it!

The hotel was in a good location- walking distance to the old quarter and train street. The beds were comfortable and the staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Staff was EXTREMELY helpful.Manager walked me over to a good bakery nearby to assure me of being able to have croissants in my room for breakfast. And when I thought I had lost my wallet, the staff was helpful, extending to changing some Thai money that I had on my person so that I had taxifare to airport later that morning. Location of gastronomical restaurant La Bidane (sp?) is nearby and worthy of a memorable meal.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Hanoi, and I cannot recommend it enough! The location is simply perfect: situated in the heart of the city, it allows easy access to the main attractions, local markets, and the best restaurants. The real highlight, however, is the staff. They are incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. Whether it’s organizing a tour, recommending a restaurant, or solving small issues, their service is impeccable and always delivered with a smile. The rooms are comfortable, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi: whether you’re a tourist looking for adventures or a business traveler, you’ll find an oasis of hospitality and quality here. I’ll definitely return the next time I visit this beautiful city!

All of the staff are so friendly they can’t do enough for you they made our stay in Hanoi 100 times better. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped with big bathrooms and excellent showers.
