I had a layover in Hanoi and chose HAAP transit hotel for an excellent price-value. The staff was super friendly, communication for the pickup was seamless and the room itself is clean and spacious featuring a TV with Netflix. Breakfast is also included. Really recommended

Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, perfect location close to the airport. Great! Also has a restaurant, mostly Vietnamese food.

The man who greeted me when I arrived late at night was very lovely and even made me a small meal, bless him. The bed was comfy, the shower hot and the aircon a relief. The breakfast menu is limited but there was enough to help me get through the busy morning while I checked in and went through the tedious rituals that flying demands. He also organised a car for me to get to the airport.

I only stayed a few hours due to a late night flight. The room rate was cheap, and although there was an additional charge for airport transfers, which I was very grateful for. The reception and shuttle staff could communicate in basic English.

Finding this little gem was a life-saver. Quiet, clean, great showers and wonderful staff. Breakfast provided is mostly Vietnamese but we strongly recommend the beef and noodles. Large bowl and very filling! The only downside is that this hotel is located towards the airport and can feel a little remote. Talk with Andy at the desk to arrange both tours and Grab cars Into the old district. Rides there and back only cost around $30 CAD. Andy also graciously drove us to the airport himself. Simply awesome!

Room was enormous and spotlessly clean with a very large comfortable bed. Staff spoke good English and drove us to and from the airport which was only 10 minutes away.
