The staff was very helpfull with finding travel etc for our next stay and the location was perfect. Lakeview is a bit optimistic but perfectly situated in the old quarter! Breakfast was also decent.

I had a fantastic stay at Lake View Hotel in Hanoi. The staff were incredibly helpful and made everything so easy – from booking tours and airport transfers to arranging any other services I needed. Their hospitality truly made my trip stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel’s location is perfect – close to everything, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions. Despite being in a central area, the hotel is a peaceful retreat after a busy day out. I also visited the spa, which was a wonderful experience – very relaxing and exactly what I needed after sightseeing. Another highlight was the breakfast, which offered a delicious variety of fresh options each morning. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. With its friendly staff, great facilities, and ideal location, I highly recommend Lake View Hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi!

Staying at Lake View Hanoi was an incredible experience, but what truly made it special was Cherry. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She organized all my tours seamlessly, giving the best recommendations and making the whole process effortless. No request was too big or small—whether it was booking transport, suggesting hidden gems, or simply checking in to make sure I was having a great time, she was always there with a warm smile and a helping hand. The hotel itself is fantastic—comfortable rooms, great location, and stunning views of the lake—but it’s the exceptional service that sets it apart. If you’re visiting Hanoi and want a stress-free, welcoming experience, Lake View Hanoi (and especially Cherry!) is the place to be. Can’t wait to come back!

Very good location, close to Ngoc Son Temple (Đền Ngọc Sơn) and Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre (Nhà Hát Múa Rối Thăng Long). Staff trying to give best and breakfast is quite ok (have change to ask omlet, pancakes etc).
