Great location. The hotel location is great - right in the middle of the Old Quarter, just behind a very busy road, but you can't hear the noise that much. The street in the morning allows you to immerse yourself in an ordinary Hanoian day straightaway. We loved it. Also the reception staff was very helpful - thank you so much! Breakfast was a bit basic, but still very good. We appreciated the chef's accommodation of our requests.

Spacious rooms, clean & welcoming staff. Good location, so close to train street that even if you don’t intend to go there, chances are you’ll find yourself there.

We had a wonderful stay at Calido Hotel. The staff was friendly, and the room was spacious with all the necessary amenities. The hotel is located near the train street and there are many restaurants around.
