Good location, close to the old town and the lake. Helpful staff.....they organised airport pick up for us and checkin after midnight, thank you. The room was basic but had everything we needed for one night's comfortable stay. We evan had a balcony!

I recently stayed at this hotel in the Old Quarter, Hanoi, and while my experience was mixed, there were notable positives. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their service was truly commendable. The hotel's location is a major advantage, being very close to the city center. Most attractions were within a 10-15 minute walk. However, the Old Quarter is extremely busy, noisy, and chaotic, which made the area feel overwhelming at times.

The room was clean and comfortable and we liked having a desk. The staff were kind and attentive. The location is good. You can walk anywhere and the pho restaurant next door is delicious.

Basic room but with hot instant showers (good pressure), good air conditioning, working hair dryer and comfortable bed.

Room 601 with the terrace where you can watch the bustle of Hanoi go on beneath you. 501 also good but lower and only has a balcony. All rooms are narrow but this is due to an outdated tax on road frontage which shaped the architecture of old Hanoi.

Location was perfect and the activities we booked through the hotel were brilliant, we did the ha giang loop. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. We needed to take a shower before our night bus after we checked out and they let us use the showers / towels for free.

Good, strategic location near the Old Quarter. Receptionist available 24/7, providing tours and transport and SIM cards. The hostel give some recommendation for local food.

location was great - right in a more quiet part of old quarter. front reception were very nice and helpful. lots to do in the area. room was big, spacious and clean. loved the balcony.
