The staff was accommodating. We did enjoy our Hanoi trip without any travel agency because of the help of ms Tran thanh. She helps us book with sleeper bus to sapa.

Great location, can walk to main streets or get a quick taxi. The woman who hosted was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay.

Great place to stay for the money you can’t beat it really. Friendly owner who checked us in early into the morning around 2am couldn’t ask for more for the price. AC was very powerful.
