The Hotel is in a good location. The staff is extremely friendly. I also booked via Jack an overnight cruise in Halong Bay - it was fantastic! He organised everything and I could extend my stay. I can recommend to stay in this hotel!

Fantastic location in The Old Quarter. Great value for money and very friendly helpful staff. My husband loved the club sandwich for breakfast! We were a family of 5 and had 2 rooms perfect size for our needs. Bathrooms were clean and fresh towels given everyday.

The staff are very friendly and supportive. Jack at the front desk organised a fantastic food tour, Bai Tu Long Bay cruise and airport transfer at very good prices. A local SIM card was also available at the front desk. The hotel is very close to beer street and in the heart of the old town. The hotel is good value for the budget conscious traveller.
