Vivian and all the staff members were really nice, attentive and helpful, which made our short stay very pleasant. The hotel is well located (in the old town), clean and spacious, and the breakfast was really delicious.

Nghĩa kindly booked our trips in Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay, arranged our airport transfers, upgraded our room and was a wonderful host. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good too. Great location in the heart of the old town.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. They were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always eager to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. No request was too small, and the fact that they were available 24/7, easily reachable at all times, was a huge bonus. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Hanoi—but surprisingly quiet. It’s the perfect balance of being close to everything without the usual hustle and bustle. The hotel itself is immaculate, modern, and beautifully designed, offering a truly relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant served delicious food, and the bar was just as impressive. The highlight, though, was the breathtaking view from the rooftop. Whether you're sipping a drink or enjoying a meal, the panoramic view of the city was absolutely stunning. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi. The combination of excellent service, great amenities, and unbeatable location makes it a top choice for a memorable stay.
