Excellent stay in Hanoi. The staff is 10/10 and very nice. The breakfast was great with all we needed. We loved the room and it was cleaned daily. We stayed for a total of 4 nights, giving us time to feel a bit more connected with Hanoi. Although we did not use it, the hotel provided discounts for customers on food, drinks and spa. Thanks to all the lovely people at FTE.

Staff were exceptional - we arrived late and receptionist went above and beyond the call of duty in securing food for us.. Very good value for money. Good breakfast. Good location for the airport.

The walk from the hotel to the cbd/tourist precinct is about 6km and is very interesting. You really get the feel and vibe of how the locals live day to day. A real eye opener for me. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

The hotel is very well appointed and comfortable. The room was nice and large and modern with an amazing bathroom. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and well appointed. The sky bar was a really nice touch. We also attended the New Years Eve party and it was very well run and we could tell the staff really went the extra mile in putting in a lot of effort to make that extra special for their guests.

The hotel was nice enough but our room had a really bad leak in the bathroom. And the hotel was weirdly dark all the time. The morning after NYE we went to use the rooftop and it was disgusting with litter all over. But the beds are very comfy and the staff were incredibly helpful. Fine for the money.
