Great location near the lake and easy walking distance into the busy Old Quarter, lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Room had everything we needed, bit noisy but that's Hanoi! The staff were very helpful asking if we were comfortable the next day. Breakfast is in an adjacent larger hotel, bit busy but a good choice of food buffet style.
