Arrived at the hotel with a food poisining, staff was really kind and helpful with tips to reduce my suffering. Bed was comfy.

I like their staff. The one who bring our bags to the other hotel when our room is not available yet due to one of their guest's kid got sick. This boy is really accommodating he understand english. He may not speak normally but he's one of the best person i have spoken with in Hanoi.

Room was comfortable, breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful. It is a small, budget hotel but right in the centre of Hanoi. just about all the attractions were within walking distance.

Michael is a huge asset to this well-located property in the old quarter. Nothing is too much trouble for him, and he appears to be on hand to problem solve 24/7.

Everything was fabulous! Clean, comfortable, nice staff, good wifi, good location, great bathroom, spacious room with heaps of storage. It was all good, I definitely recommend.
