I recently stayed here, and my experience was fantastic. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention goes to Dzung at the reception. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Whether it was helping with check-in, answering questions, or providing local recommendations, Dzung went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.

Central location, close to famous tourist attractions in Hanoi, train street cafe right next door, I feel like I am immersed in the life of the capital city

The location is ok, although there can be some noise around, and the famous Train Street is within walking distance. The entrance doesn't look like a typical front desk entrance, so customers may be confused at first, but the staff were quite friendly and I liked them.

Excellent hotel. Very conveniently located. The room has everything you need. Very helpful staff. I left my charger and they put it aside for me to.pick it up next time!
