The staff were lovely, lots of hot water (but the shower rose needs to be cleaned as it sprays in all directions), the mattress was old (but had a mattress cover), the window provided a great view over the street (but the curtains were paint stained and the sheers dragged on the floor and were dirty), the room was relatively quiet. Good location, in walking location, in the Old Quarter. Breakfast was adequate, nicely cooked eggs and good service.

The staff are fabulous, the breakfast yummy and plenty of choice. Situated within a busy bustling area, easy to get around, lots to see.

Great stay at this hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Located in the Old Quarters, it is definitely the best place to stay in Hanoi. Rose and Bien were so very helpful and always with a smile on their face. Special shout out to Bien who was always ready to assist us with all of our needs, we really did miss him when we left :) The rooms were quite standard but clean and with all amenities needed. Breakfast is prepared to order so freshly cooked, which we loved. Thank you for making our stay at your hotel feel like home.

Location was great. The hotel staff was helpful and courteous. The manager whose name I forgot was very nice and helpful with reservations to go to Sa Pa. The hotel he got me at Sa Pa was far superior. Thanks so much.

Helpful friendly staff. Great location. Comfortable room. We were on the 4th floor and had a great view out onto the tops of the trees on the main street. My egg fried rice with vegetables and bacon for breakfast was delicious.

right in the heart of the old quarter, close to many attractions and some nice cafes. They spoke good English and helped with some booking (half day bike tour with a guide) breakfast was alright and included

I stayed in this hotel for several days. The younger woman at the desk was very helpful. She will help you if you have any questions . The young woman works during the night in this hotel where I first stayed and in the morning at a other hotel where I met her again. Breakfast is good.
