We stayed a couple of nights at Classy Holiday Hotel & Spa and had a pleasant experience. If you're traveling around Hanoi and not planning to spend much time in the hotel, this is a great budget-friendly option. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Hanoi, though the area can be a bit crowded, which is to be expected in the city center. The breakfast offered was good, and we appreciated that they took care of our luggage while we went on trips to Halong Bay and Sapa. Their laundry service was reasonably priced and very convenient. Special mention to the receptionists, Li and Mistu, who were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The luggage porter was also very active and welcoming, adding a nice touch to the experience. Overall, this is a good hotel for those looking for affordability, convenience, and warm hospitality in Hanoi!

Value for the money, exceptional breakfast, and the staff are terrific. Everything we asked for was no trouble, and organising further travel and tour bookings were all done efficiently and in detail. Thu could not have been more thorough and everything went smoothly.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Extremely polite and a nice welcoming tea on arrival. Bed was super comfortable. Room was large and spacious. Breakfast was great. Even a little leaving gift. Handy toiletries supplied daily. Great location

I am going to Batam, Indonesia leading a group but I won’t be using Booking com anymore because I was at Genius level 2 before booking hotel at Hanoi. I needed 4 more booking to go to Level 3 but I was quoted prices based on level 1. Please give me your email for me to send you evidence for you to ratify your error so that I can book Batam trip on 14/12/24.
