The behavior of staff was good. They helped us whenever we need them. I found my room clean all the time. The most attractive part was its antique showpieces which represents the culture of Vietnam.

Everything was wonderful. The room and location were ideal for my trip to Hanoi. The services offered here were truly worth the experience. The staff were not only friendly but also very attentive, especially Ms. Kathy. Despite the crowded lobby and the 2 PM check-in time, she went out of her way to assist me with an early check-in. Thank you so much! I will definitely return next time.
