Excellent breakfast. Amazing staff. Couldnt ask for better location. Thank you to Lilly for all her help and advice. We woke up one morning and there was no hot water. They massively compensated us by doing our travel to airport

The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the waitress serving breakfast was friendly and charming with a lovely smile. The gentleman at the entrance, who was in charge of opening the door and carrying luggage, spoke fluent English and was very kind in his service.

We've stayed in 3 different hotels within the Old Quarter and this was by far our favourite. Every staff member is so friendly and helpful from the front desk staff to the door staff and especially Lily. The location is perfect. It's located in more of a quieter street in comparison to others, right in the centre and close to everything. Will choose to stay here again when we return in the future.

It's an accommodation near the lake, so tourist attraction, mart, restaurant, bar, Western restaurant, Vietnamese restaurant, beer street, all quarter, all around the place is the best.

Breakfast is really good. Location is the main attraction of this hotel. Whole staffs are very helpful. Basically hotel manager Lilly is really helpful and cooperative.

Location and very friendly, happy staff. Ms Lily Bui was extremely happy and great with all of us. Her English was exceptional. Breakfast was great and ALL the staff were brilliant. Lots of fruit, great eggs/omelette, salads and soup plus other food.
