The size of the room was great. The location unbeatable. And the staff remarkably friendly. Sophia supported me outstandingly good! Thanks a lot! I would definitely chose that hotel again.

All good, except the staff had no communication between themselves, which resulted in me missing some appointments that they were supposed to book for me. I also had to proove that I have already paid my stay to the other reception shift, as if it was not recorded. Rather annoying.

Location was great. Nancy was very helpful! Room was huge and they had decorated it :) Hotel was able to book us cabs to and from the airport and help with laundry. They also provided a baby cot!

The room was cleaned every day, and the location was good, but I wouldn't return back after the sleepless nights and the staff behaviour

A cozy hotel in a great location – we explored the most interesting attractions on foot. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful on every shift. The rooms were clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Excellent value for money. We’d happily return during our next visit to Hanoi!
