From the moment you enter the doors you are met with warmth and friendliness. The reception staff enhance the experience with their attention to detail and no problem is too great for them to manage in a professional manner. The breakfast staff are attentive but not overbearing and always have a happy demeanour. Special mention must go to the manager Lynh. Her positive attitude makes her a valuable asset to this hotel and her professionalism is taken above and beyond her normal duties, When you a foreigner in a foreign city you need a friendly person to guide you and she fills that need, thank you Lynh

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff are so lovely and helpful. Mimi became my local guide during my stay and had excellent recommendations / general advice for my time in Hanoi. I’d highly recommend for solo female travellers. I had a difficult time with sound proofing in other hotels during my time in Vietnam but had no issues here at all. Surprisingly quiet given its right near train street. Their spa is fantastic and they have free manicures for in-house guests!

The location is ideal in the Old Quarter in a quiet side street adjacent to Train street. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of hot and cold food. Special mention to the wonderful staff who were so friendly and helpful. Also a vist to the adjacent spa/ massage is highly recommended. I would return
