The staff and the location is amazing. Breakfast is also really good with a free breakfast buffet. The staff are always trying to help their guests and are really welcoming. They helped me with lots of reservations and recommendations for my trip (Ninh Binh, Ha Long, Sapa, Ha Giang loop).

The staff were incredible and really went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. The location was very close to all of the shops and many food places. Our room was easily the best we have stayed in our trip and the bed so comfortable. We also enjoyed breakfast that was included in our stay. Highly recommend

Beryl Charm Hotel is an ideal place to rest while exploring the old town. The rooms are elegantly decorated and fully equipped. Catherine really stood out with her enthusiasm and friendliness, helping me have beautiful memories of the trip.

I chose Vietnam for my honeymoon trip with my wife in december this year. Paula took the initiative to message me and ask about my schedule in Vietnam. After hearing about the honeymoon trip, she planned and helped me prepare a surprise for my wife. The staff was very supportive in this task.
