Breakfast was chaos we had to collect cups plates out of S.A. washing basket on a table that should have been for guests dining room was dirty not enough staff had 1 breakfast in our 5day stay never went back

This hotel would have received a 7 score if it were not for the exceptional front desk staff. They are well trained, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I did not get their names but will post when we get back there next week. The hotel staff kindly kept our larger bags as we went to Halong Bay. Genuinely helpful and they know customer service. The beds and rooms are extremely comfortable. The Cleaning staff were always willing and helpful. They do their work well. Our appreciation to them.

Words don't appropriately cover how amazing this place is. The staff go above and beyond. The beds are dreamy (with two pillow sizes to choose from) Loved the place. We came back and stayed loads more times

The staff are most helpful. They can solve every problem for reasonable sums of money and very quickly. They are the best staff we have encountered on our travels. All plug types are catered for, most helpful.

The Bendecir Hotel & Spa was our first stop in Vietnam and provided us an excellent base for exploring Hanoi. The location is excellent for exploring on foot, and the staff couldn't do enough for us. They were incredibly helpful in organising a tour for us and offering suggestions and recommendations for food and things to do in the area. The room we had was very spacious and perfectly placed for new year's eve fireworks watching (the hotel also organised a viewing party on the rooftop bar but we were too tired from our day's activities to take advantage). I really can't commend the level of service enough. The shower was spacious and powerful, and we found the bed very comfortable. The cleaning staff kept the room clean and tidy each day.

I loved the rooftop bar and the staff were amazing!!! The rooms looked amazing and were gorgeous of sizes especially my second room that had doors open up to the streets.
