The staff was super helpful, and even provided us a SIM card to use when we arrived. The location is great, and it's easy to arrange airport shuttle through the hotel. The breakfast was very tasty with a lot of delicious fresh fruits! We were able to store our suitcases at the hotel for few days while we travelled around Vietnam, which was super helpful!

A great hotel in perfect location. The beds are super comfortable, breakfasts delicious and they did laundry for us. All staff were welcoming and friendly, especially Flower.

Welcoming and helpful staff, especially Flower she made our trip to Tam Coc amazing. Fully furnished room, local bus 86 is just about 100m away. Good breakfast.

I booked this place because it was close to where my bus from Sapa arrived, but it turned out to be an amazing choice. Not the cheapest place to stay in the area but the staff are very attentive, speak great English and very informative. Breakfast was included in the booking, with a standard buffet as well as cooked-on-order options. The room was very nice, bigger than expected with the largest bed I've ever seen. Super clean, with a fridge and minibar.

Room was cool and comfortable. Staff gave directions for sites to see, allowed us to leave our bags after checkout to get later. Excellent buffet breakfast. Elevator to room and hot shower very welcome after a massive day of touring. Close to great attractions and bus pick up for tours.

People work in this hotel they were wonderful. Especially the lady ( I don’t get her name though) was sooooo friendly and had warm heart every single day. I could tell she definitely made my day. Impressed house keeper. She cleaned my room while I’m eating breakfast even just a few minutes. Speaking of the breakfast, that was special. I could safe money and satisfy my stomach. Close to the lake. You can get Main Street easily and safely. My room was nice and calm. So quiet room.
