Very comfortable beds, super friendly staff, clean, good location.

The hotel is in good location, rooms are big and very comfortable the staff were very nice and helpful. We came to Hanoi and then continue to Sapa, return to Hanoi then Ninhbinh, we left our big bagage in the hotel they let us do it offer us place and all with a big smile.

The room was beautifully decorated, quiet and clean. The hotel location is excellent and restaurants are within walking distance.

The room was pleasant, reasonable size. The Bed comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful and check in and check out were fast. The Location was good and there are a few restaurants in the vicinity.
