Cannot fault this hotel, very high standard. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was clean, absolutely spotless and always smelt fresh. Facilities were great. Breakfast buffet was decent. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Location is good.

The hotel is modern and conveniently located in the old quarter. The buffet breakfast is great, with many options to choose from. The staff are absolutely amazing, hands down the most friendly and helpful. Shout out to Tet, Zhuong Stephanie, and Helen. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Most of all, we're so grateful for their assistance when our daughter fell ill late in the evening to go see a doctor. We've recommended your hotel to our family, who will be visiting early January 2025. Thank you so much for making our stay so warm and welcoming.

Location was great - close to a night market, seemed centrally located for our tours, bed was comfy and deluxe city view had a separate sitting area so very roomy, nice bathroom, check-in was easy with an assist from our tour operator as we were late arriving, nice little rooftop bar and pool.
