Good place to stay and see the city by walking. Close to the old town area .Freindly staff will book trips and taxis for very reasonable rates.

Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. Offered to keep a bag in storage when we traveled to Sa Pa and was kept safe till return stay. Checked in early so they also stored all bags which allowed us to explore properly. Location was fantastic - in the heart of old quarter.

Only a one night stop over after doing the Ha Giang loop and we arrived at 3am and a receptionist was waiting to check us in and got us to our room quickly which we were very happy about Near to where the sleeper bus drops you off This is a luxury hotel and the rooms are very nice and clean and we would’ve liked to stay longer if we could have

The location is good, staff were friendly, beds were confy, the cleaning was missing, the tv was sooo dusty i even wrote a clean me message on it.

Very friendly staff. Arranged a cake for my husbands 50th Birthday as a suprise. Really appreciated the very thoughtful gesture. Good size rooms and comfy beds. Good location, only 10mins walk to Old Quarter and 20mins walk to Train Street. We were in an upper room so less noise from traffic outside.

There was breakfast buffet. They said the cup noodles pack in the room was the breakfast. However, the staff were so friendly and kind to us. The receptionist lady was so sweet and very kind.
