very clean, big smart TV, nice staff, allowed late check out and had earlier breakfast plus special meals for the Hannover Marathon runners. very nice touch. it has sauna and whirlpool

Clean rooms. We checked-in late and there was no problem. The staff was friendly and the process was fast. Breakfast was varied and good. The beds are comfortable too. The location is very good.

The staff here are really friendly. When we stayed in our room for a while (without unpacking or using the toilet) and noticed the sound from the next door may bother our sleeping, I asked the lady at the reception whether it is possible to change a quite room. She kindly helped us to change to a room with no neighbors. That was so nice.

Location is good, not far from main train station, subway is next door. Here is quiet, room comfortable, breakfast delicious, a lot of faces with smiles. By the way, a big park is just on the other side of the street. Will come and stay again.
