The location was excellent, near the center and the central train station. The room was big and stylish with music in shower. The breakfast was exceptional with large variety of options. The in-house restaurant is excellent for dinner.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we experienced exceptional service. We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Marcelo, whose approachable, friendly, and professional demeanor immediately set a positive tone for our stay. Despite arriving slightly earlier than expected after a tiring journey due to a train cancellation, Marcelo went above and beyond to ensure a room was promptly available for us. He patiently addressed all our questions and provided a thorough explanation of the hotel's facilities, making us feel well cared for and at ease. Marcelo’s outstanding hospitality truly made a difference in our experience, and we are deeply grateful for his efforts. We are looking forward to returning to this hotel in the future and will be recommending it to our friends and family. Central location, the hotel has a nice style and great hospitality - thanks particularly to our friendly multilingual barman. The hotel provided a flatter pillow to suit my preference which was lovely

A hidden gem in the center of Hannover! We frequently travel to Hannover for business and have been doing so for many years, always choosing to stay at Kasten Hotel Luisenhof. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bar has a warm ambiance, and the delightful restaurant, “Mary’s,” offers our favourite champagne at half the price compared to London.

Beautiful decor ,great history, fresh flowers in lobby ,staff amazing , cozy bar .Staff acted on my requests fairly speedily .
