Great hotel for a visit of Hannover; just opposite of the City Council and close to the city center. Good communication with the hotel for a smooth check-in. Basic but comfortable and spacious rooms. Enough parking in the perimeter of the hotel.

Location was brilliant.opposite the Rathaus and massive public park and lake. Close to the old city. Close to the car park. Staff suggested we should do the red thread walk. It is a redline you follow around the old city. 4.2km. Fascinating. Very pleased staff suggested it.

The hotel is well located, 15 minutes walk from the main train station. Staff were brilliant.

Breakfast decent. Room functional including bathroom. Cleaning staff seem thorough but respected my wish for privacy. Very nice location with view to Neues Rathaus. As advertised :)

Flexibility for late arrival has been appreciated! Possibility for free parking nearby with great view on the main city park. The room and bathroom were large and beds comfortable. And I enjoyed a wonderful free espresso coffee when leaving.

Excellent location. Clean and modern, good breakfast. Handy for underground travel, 2 stops from Hauptbanhof. Short walk to old part of town.

Central hotel, nice views to the new town hall. Good breakfast but a bit too expensive (16€). You can borrow umbrellas and also take cold packed water and apples for free which was very nice!!

I came with my two bunnies. I really appreciate the lack of additional fees or any problems with that. We had a nice place to stay and relax in the middle of our long trip and we'll come back if we ever need to stay in Hannover again:) I also loved the sleeping kit, never saw that before but it's definitely contributing to the pleasant experience

Breakfast Buffet was excellent and staff were very responsive to requests. Our two kids ate for free when we bought the Buffet. The staff gave great advice and directions. The overall service was excellent.

The room was relatively large, very clean. The hotel was not too far from the old city centre and really close to the New Town Hall with park.
