Perfect location for the Christmas markets. We loved our stay here. We come to the city often as we have family here and have tried many hotels in Hannover. This has been our favourite so far. Our room had an additional sofa which we didn't expect as well as a kettle (which isn't always common in French/German/Austrian hotels). They also had fresh carrots/apple/ginger and a juicer at breakfast with which to make healthy breakfast juices.

The staff were fantastic and gave excellent customer service. Especially the ladies in reception. Fantastic location in the centre of Hannover. Wonderful breakfast with the best selection of breakfast goods ever. We loved our stay. Thank you

Location was great, small walk to everything. Parking at the hotel was good, 15 euro a day. At the end, the room was good, bed was a bit hard, facilities were ok.

The hotel location is very good for exploring the old part of town and the beautiful Town Hall and within walking distance to the town lake. It also has a food hall nearby and many eating places. The room is spacious and clean enough with a sofa seat. Breakfast is good enough too. A value for money hotel for a short stay.

Good breakfast, excellent location and a quiet location, even close to a pedestrianised main square. Just what was needed for our short break in Hannover. Restaurants and U Bahn links nearby.
