Lovely staff, infact very helpful. Was great they had a Tesla charge cable as I didn't have one and needed it for the 'Zero' charges in Hanmer. Nice and clean, quiet and comfy.

The room was immaculate and ideal for our stay. Sue and Brett were so friendly and on hand to help with anything. There was even a lovely resident kitten! The location was brilliant - 5 minute walk to the town centre with plenty of places to eat, drink and shop!

Tucked away around the corner off the Main Street and very walkable to everything. Lovely owners, everything catered for. Really appreciated the free laundry. They really went above and beyond to look after us. Thank you

Very well appointed room, compact but utilised to perfection, I think the room had just been done up as it was really fresh with beautiful furnishings.

We had an apartment with 2 bedrooms which was nicely decorated. We had a great sense of welcome from the host. The apartment was very clean. There was a lot of emphasis on internal details that made us feel welcome. For example, cushions arrangement at the living room and bed rooms, small chocolates for the guests. It gave us a great sense of comfort.
