Your behavior is obnoxious and loud, causing disturbances for other guests.
You make it challenging for other guests to enjoy their stay by being rowdy.

Prime location for Hanmer Springs Thermal Spa and local shops. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Good sized kitchen and social areas.

This is mostly a backpacker style place but they have ensuite rooms with small kitchenettes as well. It is clean and the big shared kitchen is particularly well maintained. For backpackers, this would be an excellent place to stay. The position is what attracted us, right on the edge of the township.

It had free parking at the property and was in a lovely location, only a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Clean and comfortable. We had a great view from our room.
