Thank You for a great hospitality, it was a pleasure to stay in DERES. + Always smiling host accomodating all requests + Spacious apartment with equipped kitchenette + Terrace in the shadow of Olive Tree + Big nicely arranged garden + AC in the room + Cleaning in the middle of weekly stay + Fee minutes walk to the city center and 10-15 mins to the beach + Close to KTEL bus stop

Great stay close to the center of Chaniotis at a comfortable villa complex with beautiful gardens. Ms Despoina was a really friendly host, giving us tips about the area and chatting with us during our stay. The place was just a 10 minute walking distance from the center of Chaniotis, and away from the noise, offering a tranquil place to chill out when not out at the beach. We had a wonderful time there!

This place is paradise! Everything was perfect. The location is the best very very close to the center and the local beaches. There is a very beautiful backyard with playground for the kids as well. The house has everything you need in it and it’s very beautiful. The host is very helpful and kind and is there for what you need. Despoina thank you for everything. Definitely we will come again!!!!

The owner is very kind. Very clean, large and safe parking, beautiful yard. In a few minutes of walking you reach the center of Hanioti where are a lot of restaurants, shops, etc. For sure we will come back.

The location was great, we couldn't have made a better choice. We found cleanliness, a home equipped with the essentials, a large and extremely beautiful garden, a barbecue, a playground, and a terrace, olive trees , flowers.The host Despina and her mother are extraordinary people, communicative, and helpful. We would gladly return.
