According to the COVID-19 prevention and control situation in Hangzhou, the hotel’s swimming pool, sauna and SPA will be temporarily closed from now on. Hotel fitness center is still open.The breakfast at 19F M Club are temporarily closed, please move to 2F City Bistro to have breakfast. 2. The lunch buffet are temporarily closed at City Bistro, and A La Carte service will be provided during the lunch time. The facilities service would be recovered with additional notice. Location was great - we did a lot of walking sight seeing and it worked really well for us. Hotel room was beautiful. Staff very helpful and had reasonable english thankfully.
