Location was excellent, right along Hefang Street with lots of options for food, snacks and a cultural experience. Room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. They also went the extra mile to upgrade us to a better room as it was available, and to also put us on the same floor as my parents (who were in another room). Really appreciate the staff for doing this for us :)

Staff was very helpful, service was above my expectation. Room was comfortable accept they need to be more aware, we check in as couple and provided only one chair Our room bed was super.

Hotel staff were very helpful, and the price was quite fair as well. The view was nice, the design interesting, and the room was quite spacious.

Good location to West Lake and Qinghefang. Clean, no smoke smell. Windows can be opened so the room smelled fresh. Can see the sunset from the room
