The owners are very nice and helpful. The house is clean and spacious. And we really enjoy Jessy, Brownie and Mumu 😍 Ps. No restaurant but we can order foods from grab.

I visited Chiang Mai together with my 4yo daughter and we absolutely loved our stay at Rice Barn and Rooms. If you’re looking for a remote place where you can enjoy a stunning garden and swimming pool, animals and authentic countryside vibes then this is your place. Al and Nok are the most amazing hosts and they did everything to offer us a comfortable and pleasant staying. Thank you!

The entire setup of the place was beautiful and cosy We stayed in the two storey house surrounded by garden, we were greeted by host that comes with their pet dogs, puppies, cats, ducks and they have sheep too. It is also in a convenient area with easy access to many places of interest like the Kad Farang Village night market on wed nights. Oh yes, it's 1 min drive to grand canyon water park and 4 mins drive to second wind and ranch mountain horse riding experience

Lovely place to stay. Lovely hosts. Nice family friendly atmosphere. Lovely pool for a refreshing swim. Great coffee shop just opposite. Very close to Grand Canyon water park!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Rice Barn and Rooms in Chiang Mai. Al & Nok were fabulous hosts, making me feel welcome from the moment we I arrived. The rooms were superb—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I was very grateful for the English teabags given to me by our host! The gardens were a serene oasis, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch hospitality, this is the place to be. I would return in a heartbeat!

The surrounding garden, pool and atmosphere let us soon feel home. Nok and Alastair were friendly and nice and provided us great recommendations where to eat and what to do. It is a perfect place for families.
