Pros : The property was clean and newly constructed. Rooms were large and exactly as shown in the listing photos. There was one double bed and one single bed, perfect for 3 people. Bathroom was well equipped. The host Mr Rajesh was jovial and helpful, and didn't hesitate in fulfilling requests, and even treated us to some homemade sweets. Property was very close to Hampi monuments. Inverter was present to aid during powercuts Cons: the approach road from the main road was through a village area, which although just 500m, was littered with garbage, and stray dogs everywhere on the road. The road was also a mud road There were power cuts sometimes but that's not something in control of property owner, and since room is on top floor, it got bit warm.

I liked the privacy aspect. straight through the front door and straight into your room with a big padlock!

Cordial and friendly host. They facilitated all the things that we asked except for food. Thats still fine.
