Beautiful property and a huge, gorgeous room with luxurious facilities. The staff heeded all my requests--it was my husband's birthday and even though we only stayed for a night they really went out of their way to make things memorable for us. I'll not forget the lamb dishes at the restaurant that were served to us as part of the special dining package--they were spectacular.

The staff and their hospitality. The property is really good and was a great experience. The touches like the story telling, the ambassador ride, trips to Hampi, the evening aarti, flute and Bharatnatyam performances just made our stay so much better.

Evolve Back is an exceptional property - amazing architecture (inspired by the Vijaynagara kingdom). It essentially looks and feels like a palace. We stayed in 'Jal Mahal' - a suite with a private pool. The decor is absolutely gorgeous, transports you to the 1500s. The service is the best we have ever received in any hotel of this class. The staff is mind bogglingly attentive and nice. The naturalist was so sweet. We had a beautiful little nature walk with him. We had taken the services of another guide for our sightseeing, now I wish we had gone with the Evolve back historians, I am sure they would be great. The general floor staff, the housekeepers, everyone is just great. We also did one evening of their dinner at the boulders, I have no words to describe the experience - you just have to go and experience it. I have to record here my deep deep appreciation for the chef and his staff. We had one person (my son) in our family with some difficult allergies. The chef took care of him like he would of his own son. He made a specially curated menu for all meals for all four days. Not one meal went without him stopping by and checking with us. And my son hands down had the BEST FOOD EXPERIENCE he has ever had in his life.

It was an absolutely gorgeous location though a little out of the way from the main town of Hampi. The people that worked there too were beyond exceptional, and the food was delicious.
