The fine print
A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for the 24th and 31st of December. The rates of the Gala Dinner are based on room type and occupancy (guests sleeping in extra beds will be charged separately). Children from 2 to 11.99 years old are charged -50%.Full Board includes some drinks for lunch and dinner. Besides water, you might choose one of the following drinks: wine (50cl) or a soft drink bottle.
Alcoholic drinks only will be served to persons of legal age.The sheets are changed once a week.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

For everything included it is super cheap if you come with euros and dollars but l think even in Tunisia it is affordable, we chose lunch and dinner included, the food was good, not cold, they have plate warmers, microwave,fire under dishes, the buffet was good, of course we can't like everything it is another cuisine, the soups with harissa was not my taste for example but impossible to stay hungry they also make pizza on the spot, it is a little old building yes but doesn't mean it is dirty, just old, we had a balcony, there is a fridge in the room ,bathroom clean, massage was good we had a good hammam and a one hour massage paid 50 euros for both , pool was warm and clean, the lobby etc is big and lots of places to rest, a few minutes away from Medina and the Carthage land, markets and restaurants around, from the center we came by taxi and paid 3 euros only, use bolt to call taxis . Overall we were very pleased., don't expect a 300 euro all included 5 stars hotel, l don't understand the bad comments.

Have no complaints with this hotel. Clean hotel, friendly, polite staff. Our room was on the ground floor with a pool view. Food was ample and a good variety.

The staff of this hotel were excellent, special mention to Mohamed in the restaurant his service was impeccable, only disappointment was getting charged for using the sauna after we booked a massage other than that probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in to date , I will be back 👍

Its a lovely hotel comfy beds I was low ground so easy to get around. Beautiful poolside and lovely staff. Who were always on hand to help. Especially last night I couldnt get mobile check in they helped and in morning the manager tried too. Got to airport and was told easyjet dont do them online so it wasnt needed. Food was amazing especially the desserts. All prepared by the conscientious chef and staff. Also friendly security. Superb room cleaning service Had a lovely holiday and peaceful time. Thankyou. Great hotel highly recommend.

+ staff were helpful + Chef and the waiters at the table were friendly. + Just outside the hotel you can find luage to go to luage centre to go to Tunis or souse. I highly recommend using luages in Tunisia.
