This is by far the best hotel I have ever been to! From check in to check out it was fabulous, I have never been so well welcomed, the head of reception Ilyes who is by excellence the most professional one he was of highest greet and made us feel home at once, Zaineb the guest relation manager was at our service anywhere we went she would be there for guidance and nothing seemed to be much to ask from her. Hotel is immaculate and so neat thanks to all the service

my experience at Royal Azur Thalassa was exceptional from start to finish. As a five-star hotel, it exceeded all expectations. The warm welcome with traditional sweets was a lovely touch, and I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a suite with a stunning sea view. The room was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring a seamless and relaxing stay. The ambiance of the hotel, combined with its beautiful pool area and excellent facilities, made it an unforgettable experience

We were upgraded to a larger, sea-front room and it was fantastic. The breakfast quality was beyond our expectation and having different shows in the lobby was entertaining.

The pools, the landscape, the personnel and the direct access to the beach from our bungalow. The food choice was also excellent.
