Booked this resort for two nights. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The restaurant had a large variety of choices. Breakfast was my favourite. They had a beautiful ‘dar’ inside the resort, where you can go to for massages and facials. Pool was nice. Beach was beautiful, but small. We went in October so it was okay, but I can imagine it getting very busy in the hotter months.

The hotel was a good choice ,I would recommend it for families. The reception staff are polite and welcoming The rest of the employees are always happy to serve and greet the guest doesn't matter how much is the work load Finally, we are impressed of the maintenance of the building and the attention given to smallest details. Bravo to the management behind this Our stay was successful and 100% satisfied Special thanks to Mr Wahid from reception

Breakfast was continental with a mix of foods from different types of pastas to sandwich fillings. Everyday there was something different. Dinner was the same in terms of variety but between the two, breakfast was definitely better. The hotel itself was large in size with lots shows, events and exercise sessions happening during our stay there. My favourite area within the hotel was the garden because as you walk further down the hotel you get a great view of the beach. The garden had plants that were all labelled and many, many trees. The reception staff mainly spoke french which made communicating a little difficult in the beginning but eventually learned body language helps immensely. The other staff knew perfect English which made communicating much better for myself. A large majority of the locals also understand English so when travelling outside of the hotel, this problem does not exist. The staff in the hotel were lovely and definitely took care of us from start to finish. The main reason why this hotel deserves all praise!

Excellent hotel, breakfast is monotonous, but lunch and dinner there are many different dishes, very tasty! At the reception they remembered my name and it was nice when they called me by name. At the pool Mohamed also remembered my name, it’s very nice when they know the name of the guest. The staff does his best, the cleaners say hello and smile.
