Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged.Please note that this property cannot accept 'Toolies' or 'Schoolies'. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.Please note noise must be kept to a minimum at the property between the hours of 21:00 and 08:00. Check in was easy, rooms are huge! Amenities available were awesome. Huge Tv's which husband appreciated to watch V8 supercars.

Stayed in one bedroom unit with 3 yr old. Great location, free wifi, very clean and tidy, super comfortable beds, nice little courtyard at the back. Felt safe and had all the things we needed. Appreciated the room clean while we were out and fresh soft towels. Loved the thick crisp sheets. Really happy with this motel and we extended an extra night. Would happily stay again.

The Atrium had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very tastefully decorated/decor and very comfortable lounge as well as bedrooms. Great selection of top notch tea and coffee.

Easy check-in. The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom had complimentary accessories and there was also a balcony off our room, which was a plus for us.
