We needed somewhere inexpensive to stay between Tongariro and Auckland, and this was perfect. Staff were lovely, beds were very comfy, and everything was super clean.

The receptionist was amazing check in was seamless he was very helpful and on point! Made the stay that much better just having a helpful friendly receptionist, also the spa bath was great!

Really comfortable and spacious room. Fabulously clean and great water pressure in the shower. Staff were helpful. Only a short walk to restaurants and plenty of parking

The room was very very clean and looked to have been just renovated. Everything was modern and very comfortable. I left an item behind and the staff were very helpful in locating this item for me and ensuring they were returned to relative I had advised them would be collecting it. Very very happy and have no hesitation in recommending Ashwood. We will stay again

Room was Clean, they contacted us via text the day before to confirm the booking. Bed was comfortable and the room had all the usual / standard ammenities.
